Angry R1 concept after another install

So I recently installed the rotors which I actually do love these better but I am unhappy after installing these rotors after a week I started hearing noise on my rotors like if something was loose when I drive at low speed like 40mphi took it to my shop who installed it to double check everything my mechanic realizes the rotors screws around it wasn't tight enough somewhere and some wasn't both sides on the front had to take off the front rotor.

These bolts are supposed to be machine tight at the manufacturer

What you see circle some of those bolts were loose on both front rotors and were sounding like something was loose in the front of my car.

I tried messaging Kevin from r1 concept or who send me these no reply yet.

If the customer doesn't shut up, don't just offer him a refund. Ship him your "best" rotors to make sure you won't hear from him again.

Are these their 2 piece "floating" rotors? Floating rotors are designed like that to have slight movements for heat expansion. They are noisy. Mostly intended for race cars not street cars.

Put red loctite and tighten those screws up, then it will never come loose.

If you spend $400 on rotors you would like what you pay for.

The customer was sent out the 2-piece rotors when he was suppose to receive the 1-piece rotors instead. I've already messaged @khizr23 and will be working with him to get those replaced since the original issue was rust and these 2-piece rotors are not coated.

Da hell with rust. I'd keep the 2pc rotors
I'm appalled at the level of screw-ups by this vendor. I think they should allow you to keep the 2pc rotors for all the hassle they have caused you. I'd be pulling all my hairs out if this happened to me.

@jdpdata I actually love the 2 piece rotors but the screws were lose on the inside when I install them it sounds like the rotors are loose on low speed.

I'd recommend putting Loctite on those screws, they might loosen up again over time.
