Hello Lexus People
I said a sad goodbye to the wonderful Subaru people (selling my 2008 Forester to my cousin)
I picked up. a 2015 GS350 AWD a few days ago.
Quite a huge step up, like ... at least several ladders worth of steps!
Did lots of research over the last few years.
Have been bored with my old car, but, still attached to it since It's been with me a long time, and we've taken it through 20 states on all kinds of great trips.
Decided to sell it when my cousin asked if I was ever gonna sell.
On Paper, GS350 seemed like the most obvious choice. I want to be comfortable for when I'm stuck in traffic.
I need enough room in the front that my wife with cripple knees can get in and out ok.
I need something that my elderly mom or uncle can climb in and out easily if I pick them up or take them to appointments.
I wanted a smallish and toss-able car
After driving a bunch of cars, the GS350 was obviously the leader so I took the first "perfect" one I could find within budget and went with it. Added bonus, the wife loves it, but not as much as her own car.
Have read many posts across these forums while researching, but, figured I'd introduce myself to the gang. You all were a ton of help in deciding the right car for me. Thank you!

Hi, thank you very kindly. Your youtube channel videos are gonna save me a bunch of time Now I know how to program the smart seat settings without even reading the manual!
Last 4 days I have tried to make excuses to go for a drive even when I don't have anywhere I need to go.
Also, to any other Anandtech folks who happen to be also on these forums, hello!

@burnitdwn Congrats and welcome! I originally was looking to get the Nebula Grey Pearl as well but fell in love with the Starfire Pearl color. Enjoy your new ride!
