Page 155 of the owner's manual lists theses FCC IDs that we're able to use.
HYQ23AAB
HYQ14FBA
HYQ14CBA
Apparently Toyota folks are using this same card for Avalons. The FCC ID (HYQ14CBA) is what we need.

14CBA is the GS-F card...which matches to what we need.
14FBA is the number on the back of the regular fobs.

im surprised no one checked this before. I wonder what AAB is but I think some early owners have that as the normal fob key and maybe 16+ changed to FBA. unless something actually changed with prerefresh the GSF card should work for everyone. aight everyone time to start subsidizing my card for being the guinea pig and @jtrue28 for doing the boring work and finding the frequency in the manual

Adding my research to this thread.
I have a 2013 Luxury AWD, and the owners manual gives the FCCIDs as:
NI4TMLF10-2
HYQ14CBA
Key cards that should work are:
89904-30870 NI4TMLF10-2 [2013-2018 GS350/450h]
89904-30L50 HYQ14CBA [Lexus part sites say this is for 2016-2018 GS F, but the FCCID matches my 2013 GSLux]
Key blank part: 69515-30350
I cannot find either card used.
Just my luck: I need the rare ones. Wonder how many are out there forgotten in some drawer after the car's been traded or sold.

You can order both the 89904-30L50 and the key blank from Lexus Longo. Total for the parts is like $274, then I paid extra for expedited shipping since I'm in KY and wanted it next week. Total price was $298 (tax free, yay!!)
My local dealership called me back after I had already placed the order and told me if I order the part through them, programming is free. Their price was $317 + 6% tax...so I'll keep the Lexus Longo order and get Techstream stuff from ebay.

how do we get the key cut? can we call a locksmith to do it?

I mean, I can setup XP 32bit if required, just don’t want to go through that hassle. I will try with 64bit W10 first. Longo still hasn’t shipped my stuff yet.
