If you ever need body/paint work Haury's Lake City Collision is excellent.

Something similar was happening to my rear spoiler, except it was popping up in the middle. If I pressed on it, it would stay down, but when it got warm, it would pop back up. I had to double or triple stack the double sided tape in the area it was popping up and used the 3m adhesive promoter/primer. It's on there good now and no lifting even when it's hot out.

I've had ground effect body pieces remain solidly in place at over 150 mph using proper 3M automotive tape. Unless you have a heavy piece or a large captive area body piece that is subject to strong vertical aerodynamic downforce (e.g. sizable front spoiler or rear wing) you should be fine using just the correct tape as long as you prep it and install it correctly by doing it within the right temperature range and letting it cure properly.
