In my experience good fuel system cleaner makes a notable difference on higher mileage especially if you opt for an overdue "Italian tune up"

carbon buildup usually indicate worst case driving scenarios.

i added a whole bottle of Seafoam into the engine crankcase of my GS 350 and it make the engine quiet down alot, i mean like 70% quieter! lifter noise? valve problem? i dont know what's wrong with my engine but it was fricken noisy!

How did you add it? Sprayed it into thee TB?

no. You buy the bottle that has the open cap. The direction says "add to crankcase" and pour it into your engine oil cap.

The entire thing? I thought it was only supposed to be 100 ml per 6 L of oil. Those are the instructions and that's what I did with my GS350 but it didn't make a difference in terms of burning oil so maybe ill try the whole can next time.

I dont think, Seafoam is suppose to used for oil burning. I thought they are for better lubrication

I would not add any oil additive in the oil in any Lexus I own. If you want cleaning run Mobile 1 High mileage Extended Performance 2 oils changes. It's been proven to clean excellent.

all the top tier gasoline meet the minimum guidelines for carbon/injector cleaners mixed into them.
