2013 GS 450h

Care comes stock with all 4 titles 235/45/18. Woukd there be any problems in just changing tires to 245/45/18. Just tire size change not changing rims.

No issues with up sizing from 235/45 to 245/45...usually a few more tire options with 245/45 as well.
