The way to test is: Turn the A/C down to the minimum temperature and with the fan on maximum speed. Use a center vent for maximum direct airflow efficiency. Let the system run for a minimum of 5 minutes or until temperature no longer drops. What you're doing is checking to see what minimum temperature the A/C system is capable of producing at its maximum or utmost cooling setting.

So your low was in the Low 50's and your AC system is working properly correct?
Based on the similar reading I was getting from different vehicles I decided to look further into my thermometer. I calibrated using the ice/ water in the glass. turns out my meter was off. headed to the store to buy a new one that has an option to calibrate if needed.
Thanks for the pictures, they were of great help.

I had this issue with my NX200t, seem the flapper got stuck.

Before braking anything or going to the dealer ($$$), try hitting the air conditioning box on the bottom left side (driver side).
I try removing the battery and doing the system reset, but still the same issue. I read in some cases even replacing the servos they problem may still there, so try the simples solution help the flapper by hitting the box a few times.

Default Is it only a AC issue or also heat?

My TSB expired 10 mos ago and now my heat is only coming out at the feet, outdoor air temp comes out of the dash vents. Is this typical of the AC servo TSB?

Heat is supposed to come out of the lower supply vents whereas cooling is supposed to come from the dash located vents. You may not be experiencing an A/C servo problem.

You may want to check the VIN number range on the TSB to see if your 2018 model year GS is even potentially one that might be affected by the servo problem.
