Default Steering wheel shake

I have a 13 GS 350 Luxury AWD with Michelin tires (purchased back in May)... all was fine till I went to get my tires rotated at discount tire (where I bought the tires)

After I had the tires rotated, the car drives smooth for the most part except when I move the steering wheel just a tiny bit (say moving the steering wheel to avoid a pot hole) ... this is when the steering wheel feels like it’s resisting and shakes... then goes back to the straight position....

Could this possibly be related to the VGRS recall that was a while ago where the system had to be reprogrammed?

I had my tires all rebalanced and there’s no cracks or bends to the wheels. My mechanic checked all suspension components and nothing found, everything is solid.

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

you sisd it was fine until your rotated? I'd so put the tires back in the original spot and see if the shaking goes away

I wish I knew which tire went where... I swapped one tire from the front to the rear because I thought it was the culprit but the shaking still continues

Haven’t spoken to Lexus yet but I’m out of warranty so I really don’t want it to be something like the rack and pinion lol

Any other recommendations from you fellas? No longer have warranty and really want to sold this... discount tire has road force balancing, which came up fine. It’s driving me nuts!

Is it still happening? It sounded like your ABS kicked in... did you brake hard to avoid that pothole?

it is still happening. It didn’t really begin after I braked hard, just after I rotated tires - but I had them rotated AGAIN & balanced with no issues. I generally brake very light. Hope it’s not the electric steering
