Default Adjusting Rear coilover height ?

I cant seem to find a DIY or video on height adjustment anywhere. Is it possible that anyone has a step by step they can provide or knowledge on how to properly lower or raise the rear height of my Gs350 Fsport on BC coilovers ?

So it is a little complicated with the type of rear suspension the 4GS has. Since the coil is separate from the shock spinning the collars on the coil is a real pain the a$$. Looking at the coil there are (2) collars to adjust at the bottom of the coil itself. the very bottom collar is what you will have to break loose, to break it loose you will need to use your spanner wrench(the wrench that came with your coilovers), using your left hand grab the spanner wrench(should look like a "C"). Mount the spanner wrench on the bottom collar (handle of the wrench should be on the left when looking directly look at it) Spin the wrench away from you until you can break the bottom collar from the top collar it is connected to. You might need to use a rubber mallet if it wont budge. once you spin the lower collar to desired height you will need spin the top collar until it meet the bottom(don't forget to measure or your drop on each side will be uneven).

If all fails and you can't get the bottom collar to budge you will need to take the coil out and manually spin it yourself without the spanner wrench to desired height(don't forget to measure). Obviously this is more time consuming but it might be the only way if you can get the collars to budge.

In my experience, it was easier to drop the rear control arms and take the spring out to adjust the height.
The car has to be on the lift though, it’s pure hell to work on the rear if you use the jacks.

This is exactly why I converted my coilover to a true coilover design.
