On this route, I never got this mpg on my predecessor. I'm impressed

I can drop half a bar just doing a 10-20 mile city driving but yesterday I got 26-27 MPG on a 100+ mile trip on the highway with little to no traffic, all in Normal mode.

^^^^^^^
I've made a couple of trips between Texas and Arizona and 26.5-27.5 is what I get. That's with cruise set to 85 in West Texas and 80 in New Mexico and Arizona.

I drove from Seattle to California, and of course filled up in Seattle and Oregon, to could get 93 octane. I did the math by hand after one fillup and i got 32mps, while drive about an average of 70-75. This car loves good gas and long road trip.

@GibbsLexus Nice MPG. Is your GS RWD or AWD? Curious to know if this was done with the 6-speed or 8-speed

i get very close to that (25-26 mpg) in town. It‘s a matter of your driving style.

You must not have many intersections with stoplights and stop signs. I get between 16 and 19 mpg in town. I might could approach 20 mpg if I hit every green light and always had a tailwind...

The best I ever got was 24.7mpg on a 375 mile round trip. But I was not on a Sunday cruise... mostly 80-85 mph with a few touches a little higher up. Had to drop to Sport mode several times to pass all these left lane hogs we have in South Florida.

Around town, or around suburbia, I typically get 21-22 mpg.

My personal best on my 15 (AWD) was 28.7 mpg, and on my 19 (also AWD) my best was 29.9 mpg. I tried hard to get to 30 but just couldn't get there. These were both on a 210 mile freeway trip, about half at a 65 mph and the other half at 75 mph.

We have bad traffic here in LA but I can get 100+ MPG anywhere as long as BCLEXUS gives me a push or a tow.

ItzFilyO - Would you really trust me to give you a push or a tow?
