Speaker sizes for ML audio
Was curious if anyone has gone through the process of upgrading their speakers in their GS350, specifically the Mark Levinson equipped one. It's not something I want to do but the car I purchased is missing a total of 4 speaker. 2 in the front doors and 2 in the dash. The center channel speaker is there. As you can imagine the dealer gave me the proverbial middle finger and is not interested in doing anything about this. Actually still need to post a ****ty review for them hah!
I don't want to purchase the stock Mark Levinson speakers as this will run me probably around a grand. With that I'm trying to figure out what brand to go for and sizing. From my research it seems like the doors will accept 6x9 or 6in round speakers and there is plenty of clearance for most stuff out there. I'm a bit worried about the dash as it seems like 3.5" sizing is what will work but I'm wondering about the clearance for the typically larger magnets and enclosure.
Has anyone replaced those speakers in their GS? I'm thinking of looking at the Focal Integration series speakers and maybe something from Infinity Reference series since those prices seem to align with what I can spend.

Did you call corporate? Speakers are something you expect a car to have.

Sorry I didn't clarify. It was not a Lexus dealer. It was a luxury car dealer that had all kind of cars ranging from Ferrari to Maclaren and Porsche to Lexus and BMW.
