My 2015 GS 350 AWD F Sport has recently had an issue with locking the doors with key fob. When I hit the lock button, the doors dont lock but a sound comes from the gas fuel door as if that's locking. No beep at all. It does however beep and u lock when I hit the 'unlock' button. I'm at the Toyota dealership getting an oil change and they I initially checked the dash computer to see if that needed to set properly. No help. They asked if it was the battery but both sets of keys have the same problem. I set up an appointment with Lexus but that's not for another 9 days. Do you guys have ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

What if you take the fob apart and try the physical buttons on the circuit board?

It's possible (albeit unlikely) this is a physical problem.

Sounds like you might have the infamous door-lock actuator problem that has been plaguing a lot of GS's for a long, long time. There are lots of threads on the forum if you search, but to me it sounds like your actuators are failing when attempting to lock or you might some wiring gone bad:
