I noticed that there’s water under the passenger seat + the back seat behind the passenger as well, what can cause this problem ?

Hard to say for sure. It could be the A/C condensation drain is stopped up and the condensation is leaking/dripping inside the cabin. The sunroof area drain system can become stopped up and leak inside the cabin. Also, if the windshield has been replaced there is a likelihood the new windshield was not installed correctly with proper sealant and water leaks from the cowl area inside the cabin.
You may want to check the trunk area to make sure no water is getting into the amplifier, which is mounted in the trunk side well.
