Traded my IS350 for a GS350. Need a bigger car for the family. Love my GS but my heart is with the IS. Something about that car just fit and drives like it was tailor made for me.
As much as I wanted the atomic silver because of the better paint quality, I think it suits the IS better. The curves on the IS show off the reflection better than the GS boxy design. On the IS it looks like liquid metal. Ultra white GS would be my pick if I could choose again.
I went from a 2nd Gen IS350 to a 4th gen GS350 because of the lack of space in the IS.
So nice that triple beam LEDs with OEM fogs are available to you stock! Typically hard to find triple beam LEDs and no fogs on GS F-Sports here in the U.S.A.
Also noticed that he has a "Lexus" badge in the rear but no F-Sport badge in the rear. Subtle differences from US-Spec GS F-Sports! I wonder if the "AWD" badge is on international spec GS's.
Here is what a US spec AWD f-sport rear end looks like:
Congrats on the GS. I did the same thing. Had a 2016 IS 350 (nebula grey) that i loved except the seat too small and uncomfortable (i'm not a big person either) and lack of space. Have 2019 GS350 f sport atomic silver now. I thought nebula grey was my favorite, but i like atomic silver better. IS350 was a little more nimble but i am very happy with the GS.

Nice white GS!
Yeah it's interesting with the badges. I wouldn't mind the FSport badge on the rear but none of the models in Australia have them. Also, the AWD isn't sold here presumably because the weather here is more mild.
The other thing is we dont get many options. We have the base spec Luxury, F Sport and Sport Luxury. Options are enhancement packs that include sunroof, Mark Levinson audio and that's all. We get pretty much everything as standard that's not exclusive to the 3 specs. So my F Sport has the matrix lights, fog lights as standard which is very nice. One thing we dont get is heated steering wheel.
Coming from the IS I do appreciate the size. But man I wish got the Ultra White with red interior. That is the classic F Sport look. I feel the Atomic Silver is a little too mature for my taste on the GS. Also wish the rear seats folded down for more storage space.
Yea kinda hard to tell with some of the lighting, regardless it's beautiful. Do you have any plans for mods?
I'm really keen on getting the roof wrapped in gloss black. But I haven't seen many examples of atomic silver or silver GS wrapped so im not sure if it will look nice. Second mod is an axel back exhaust, probably the one made by Borla. I just want a nice sound. There is absolutely no mod scene for Lexus in Australia. So it's difficult getting parts and advice here.
Maybe moving the steering wheel to the left hand side?
haha i was wondering why the dog was driving.

If anything it will keep your roof from getting rockchips on it. Borla would sound very nice. Yea i'm in canada and most of the stuff i end up buying comes from the states.
I love white cars, but having 2 white cars already I went Atomic Silver on my GS.
I agree on it being THE color for the IS, I first saw it on an IS(and at night) and thought... that's the color I want!
I think it still looks great at night but is a bit "old man" during the day due to some gold reflections.
