Struts and shocks
How long do struts usually last? I have a 2013 GS 350 with less than 45K miles, and my left front and left rear struts are already leaking. I don't remember having to ever change the struts on my 2001 LS 430 even at over 150K miles.

More information is needed...
Is your car an F-Sport/Luxury with motorized adjustable struts? Are you the original owner? If not, do you know how the car was treated before you purchased it? Have you lowered the car? Lowering springs will really stress struts/shocks. Has the car been driven on poorly paved roads? Driven aggressively or tracked?

Also the concrete roads cause much more wear than your asphalt roads.
The potholes in concrete are usually square edge and that wears a shock more than a rounded edge of a pothole.
Driving in Dallas has my front struts and I'm at 86,000 miles
