An update - a new clock spring fixed the squeaking noise. You don't have to buy it with the steering sensor, that's expensive, just buy it alone. Success!

I had the same issue on my RX, except it was WAY worse than these videos. The issue was the backing plate, not the clock spring itself which I had thought was the culprit. They re-adjusted the backing plate and the sound went away.
