How do you remove this latch? I'm trying to Dynamat the trunk. Thanks.

 

That's to secure/clip the cargo net. Short of cutting it out, I would leave it as is. It's a helluva lot easier to cut/shape the dynamat around it than to remove it in my estimation.
Of course, your car so your choice.

 

Lift up the metal latch part and I think there is a plastic flap you pry up, under that is a bolt. I removed it a couple years ago.
