Check Tire Pressure Display Going Haywire
I took my 2013 GS 350 in for the 60k service and picked it up earlier this week.
The day after I drove it out of town and the TPMS warning light was flashing and then just stayed on.
Following this the tire pressure readout went from normal to just dashes -- for each tire.
How could this happen the day after I spent $1100 at the Lexus Dealership?
I called my "advisor" and he said bring it in and they'll take a look at it and if it was causes by them they'll
fix it and if not they'll give me an estimate.
Are you kidding? Coincidence?
Is there a manual solution to this to try before I take it in?

I've never had the tire pressure warning light come on or flash like you had happen. My TPMS display tends to show only dashes for all four tires when the temperature is in the mid-40s or lower. If I drive the car at that temperature for a while the tires eventually heat up a little bit and the display starts showing all four tire pressures. If the temperature is in the mid-50s or higher the display will show all four tire pressures either immediately or after traveling a few hundred feet.
I presume when the TPMS batteries start getting weak the temperature affects them and when the temperature is below some unknown threshold all four tire pressures do not display - in other words either all four display or all four don't display. Mine just started reacting like that a couple months ago when the temperature dropped this fall.

I was reading in the forum on different models that 4 sensors/batteries and labor could cost up to $800-$900????

So I took the car in this morning and my service advisor was totally understanding and also thought it was weird the tire pressure light
came on the day I received it back from the 60k service.
I waited maybe an hour and he came back and said 1 of the 4 sensors went bad.
They replaced it for no charge.

Last time I checked the batteries cannot be replaced, the whole unit is so the price sounds right. You can pull them apart but it's more involved than undoing a screw and changing the battery.
