OK, so since there is nobody that can fix this I am investigating further. The paint from amazon is a bit too bright.
In general, spot fix should be same or darker color tone. So I went back to the can of paint that my car paint specialist blended for me
based on the scanner. It was way too dark when sprayed normally (pic in first post)
So i put on a very thin and dry coat with a brush and it looks better. I will try to put a second light coat on top of the clearcoat after
I polish (rather wetsand) the clearcoat. The clearcoat really fills well and polish nicely.
So to sum up. I ended up with putting a light coat of medium silver over my first coat of custom computer scanned paint, that seems to make the best match.
From some angles it still looks horrible...
I am starting to think that maybe a non-metallic grey will work better...

Rim number 2 had curb rash, I generally like the result a bit better in this case, don't know why. I filled the scratches with bondo/filler, painted one coat black, sanded with 4000 pad, painted two coats of custom code paint and one light coat of medium silver over that.
At least it does not go all black from some angles like the other rim.
You need to start over and sand your finish down so it is perfectly smooth, no bumps or ridges, any part that is not totally smooth is going to stand out more when you apply paint/clear, you will likely have to add some filler/bondo to fill in the ridges of the scrapes and sand it to get the smooth finish. Then you have to spray it on along with some 2K clear to get anything resembling a decent finish. You should be using urethane paints. Paint is not going to fill in any ridges that you can see or feel with your fingers.
Thanks for the creative suggestions The goal is only to find something that is slightly better than the black spots while standing close to the car.
