Shift boot is not real leather. Only the seating surfaces of the seats...not the sides or back.

I made an assumption on the shift boot, my car doesn't have it. The shift **** is real leather like on the steering wheel, at least in my 2013 gs 450h. Also on the Luxury model(18 way semi-aniline leather) the back of the seats is real leather, I know since I took mine apart when i added them to my car. Your right on the non-lux gs the backs are fake leather.

If you have the non-lux, only the back panel of the front seat is fake leather. The rear side bolsters might be fake too, I'm not sure, haven't checked.
I'm not a fan of the fake textured leather on the black part of the door panels, just make it smooth. Basically you need to get a top of the line LS to have little to no fake leather.
