2016 GS 350 OBII port

I was wondering where's the OBII port on the 2016 GS 350? Do you have to remove a panel to get to it? Thanks.

isnt all the ob2 port under the driver steering colum?

It's been in the same spot since 2013, not cover or panel to remove, right next to the fuse box under the driver side dash.
