Default Front headlight film

My headlights are starting to get somewhat hazy/yellow. They clean up well with headlight restoration kits BUT is there a film I can put on to prevent the haziness and etc? A slight tint wouldn’t look too bad! Thanks for the help

Put a ceramic coating over the headlights and buff it off that will keep it good for a few years. I'd repeat the process every year or so just to ensure the haziness never comes back. Or get a precut PPF film for the headlight, it will do the same thing.

Thanks for the input. The ceramic coating can be any kind of ceramic, or is there a particular brand/type you’ve used with good luck? Thank you

Any brand even the cheaper ones last a long time, if your going to reapply the ceramic coating once a year, like regular maintenance it shouldn't matter which ones since they are all suppose to last at least a couple years to begin with. I would apply it more than once to ensure you get full coverage.

Do you think it's worth doing as a preventitive measure? My car is 8 years old now and isn't yellowing but I would like it not to start...

I ceramic coated my entire car including headlight and tail lights. Yes it's a excellent way to protect your car and keep it clean.
