I, too, am disappointed on the ventilated seat power on my 2017 base. Seemed slightly stronger on my 2013 lux. I have black seats in this car vs flaxen in the old, so I’m wondering if the seats get hotter and retain some heat, thus my impression that the ventilated seats don’t work as well in my newer car.

I may take a peek under the seat and see if the fan is looking clean. It would be cool if we could somehow install higher powered seat fans into the car.
