Thanks for the pics. I actually replaced mine after buying the car since it was really scratched up. It looks like it will be tricky to get the **** off. If you don't mind tinkering, that would be cool.

Apparently, the switches from the RX model are plug and play?

Yes but the tips of the switches is chrome plated plastic on the RX, just like the refresh GS. On the LS its a darker chrome, but it's actual metal tips on the switches. The LS switches have a better feel/click to the switch too, it subtle, only notice side by side.

Yes I found a set of all of them on eBay one for a great deal. never found it again. Just search eBay or car-parts.com for the door panels and ask the seller.
