What is the easiest way to integrate my Android phone on the car screen that require the least amount of tampering with the system?

Depends on your definition of least. Do a search for the Grom Audio thread. It's a popular option.

You will have to remove the radio/head unit and the 12.3" display to install any of these systems. Beat-sonic has an install video.
