Default Question regarding swift springs and coil over

Right now I run swift springs with stock shocks

Will Megan racing coil over perform better or worse

I think coil overs will perform better. When you lower a car with springs, you are compressing the struts, therefore shortening travel, which will affect handling and ride quality. This can also cause premature failure of the shocks. With coil overs, when you adjust ride height, shock travel remains the same as you are not adjusting height by shortening the spring, but the length of the strut assembly itself.
