POLL: 1-5 year overall quality satisfaction
Owner forums can be very biased. All too often the people most inclined to post up with details of something are either people having issues with their vehicles, or someone looking to buy something as an accessory or upgrade. I'm curious as to the full spectrum of experience with owners...quantitatively. So I made a redundant poll and hoping that we get as large of a sample size as possible. Because what else are you gonna do right now while in quarantine?
If elaboration is necessary or you'd like to use this thread to get some help by all means have at it.

But i hope that wasn’t considered an “issue” in the poll. I personally don’t see the big deal with that. I don’t see how that’s going to make my life easier than me just saying “hey Siri” with my phone already in the car.

If the nav/infotainment was touchscreen I think the car would be perfect. I do still have a mild whining noise under light throttle at 60mph even though i had that serviced via the TSB. Otherwise, everything else was wear/tear and the car has been a pleasure.

The infotainment system is OK but clunky. In a car this expensive, this aged system is ridiculous.
The F Sport braking squeal should be fixed by Lexus.
I do love my car and would buy another.

If I was buying a new GS, not having it *would* be an issue for me.

For the purpose of the poll—it’s not a defect and thus not an issue that requires repair. That’s all I’m saying.

@UBMGS - You left out a critical option, in my honest opinion, which is "Critical" issues. It's not fair to assume people only had minor to moderate issues with their GS.
I didn’t put anything extreme like “catastrophic” or “critical” because in my opinion anything that involves operation and function can also be considered critical.
Did your engine fall out or something?

Then you can include that in moderate which includes operational issues. Don’t get caught up in the semantics of the choices.

This speaks to me! It really is the only "complaint" I have with the car. I have thought about using the aftermarket systems to get it in there but just cant justify going through the hassle of installing it and always having to update it, adjust it, work out the kinks, etc etc.
