I don't believe there are any differences. I compared the 2020. 2019, and 2018 and couldn't find any. I wound up buying a L certified 2018 with 20K miles. Love it.

The only thing that comes to mind is that Alexa Integration was added in 2019.

No real differences as you can see that the press release for the 2017 pretty much set the standard for 2018/19/20: https://pressroom.lexus.com/vehicle/2020-lexus-gs/.

For 2018+, they mentioned "Enform Safety and Service Connect both complimentary for the First 10 Years of Ownership."
For 2019+, they mentioned: "
Lexus Enform Remote (smart watch and Amazon Alexa skill integration)

I can use Google assistant to start, lock, and unlock my 2018 GS. It can also tell me how much gas I have. There are a few other things too, but the remote starting of the car is awesome.

I can use both my Apple watch and Alexa to start my 2018.

Now if only you could do that and then get in and drive away. Remote start is a nice feature on most cars, but unfortunately Toyota's implementation is less than stellar.

Ehhh. Doesn't bother me one bit. I've had cars in the past with remote start that didn't shut off when you opened the door. Even in those, you still have to put your foot on the brake and press the engine start button so it can switch from remote start mode to it's normal ready to drive mode. The Lexus implementation works exactly the same. If you were deaf, you wouldn't even know the engine has to shut off and restart.

As long as it gets the interior & seats to my desired temperature by the time I get to the car, that's all that matters to me.

I’d recommend googling “”Lexus Gs350 20xx Brochure” for each year. I find the brochures very helpful when trying to compare features year by year.

Thanks guys for the information, I really don’t care about updates technology things, as long as it’s has the same powertrains and suspension from 17” through 20” models years that would be great, i can wait to test drive on Monday, hopefully the car run smoothly

First, you need to subscribe to Lexus Enform services, which is $80 a year. Then download the Lexus Enform ap and register your car with a PIN. It's pretty easy to do and I have used the start many times and it works great.
