Oh my, no. You CAN get a tune that improves throttle response and acceleration smoothness through the gears, etc., but even a good time with supporting mods will only get you a dozen hp. maybe. If a chip could honestly deliver 60hp, I feel like would all would have purchased that thing by now. If you're looking for more power (significant), you are looking at forced induction or nitrous. No other way around it.

Over 365 hp at the wheels, Based on those numbers I think it would be faster than a stock GSF, but then again a NA V8 has a lot of other advantages.

The seller of that boosted GS wants a GSF. It’s better to start with a fast car than trying to build one.

As in does the chipyourcar chip 'work', do you mean work as in deliver horsepower gain or work as in remove dollars from your wallet?
The answer to the former is no. The answer to the latter is YES. This test breaks down why it does not work:

Nothing short of upgrades to the cams, throttle body, headers, exhaust and a professional tune are going to add any HP to a stock motor that is already well optimized.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Be sure to hit the gym and the bathroom first. Every pound is one free horsepower.
