I agree. That's why I bought my car used. My goal when I bought it 3 years ago was to pay it off now and drive it until it breaks down. Then I won't have to worry about a car payment for a while. I have not had one issue with the cat since I bought it (besides a battery replacement, but the dealer did that "free" of charge during my 60k tune-up. I might be driving my Lexus GS for a while.

Why would you pay it off if it's 0%, just roll with it. I rather reallocate the funds to investments like stocks (S&P 500) and earn a larger ROI. Do have the cash reserves and $$$ just in case though.

I know friends that are broke that have expensive cars though.
