I just noticed this yesterday, but the fans in the center console makes this whirring/humming noise when it's turned on. You can hear it coming from the center console/stereo controls. It will make that noise as long as it's on. It's a CPO 2015 GS 350 F-SPORT that still has an active warranty. Would Lexus be able to diagnose this and replace it under warranty?

I've tried these basic troubleshootings:

1. Turn on A/C (recirculation on), no noise.
2. Recirculation off. Problem persists
3. Remove cabin air filter and check blower fan. Nothing is out of ordinary.
4. Compared it to my 2014 GS 350 and it was normal

2015 is SD card based navigation, no disk hard drive and one less cooling fan that 2013/2014.

If the fan is making odd noises it may be failing. My stock 2013 head unit had a cooling fan that was making a clicking noise. I took apart the radio removed the fan, connect it to power and confirmed the issue, replaced with a fan purchased on Amazon.
