So my 2013 GS F Sport has been having some issues. The climate control doesn’t respond for atleast 2 -5 minutes and this is the same with air/heat seat controls. Then the front vents don’t work. Only front defrost and floor. AC and heat both work though. Haven’t really had any issues with this car yet.
not sure what to do?

Might be stuck servo motors. May need to reinitialize the system. There might be some risks with disconnecting the battery improperly, not everyone has a bad experience, but why risk it. Read this thread... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...e-battery.html

I am having similar issues with the hvac on my 2013 GS350 F sport also. Every time I start the car I’m locked out of the hvac controls for 30 sec - 1 min. I can then turn the system on but the temp reverts back to 75. AC/heat and all setting still work as normal once I turn the hvac back on.
I changed the filter, took some of the dash apart and verified that the servos “appeared” to be working. I attempted unhooking the battery and allowing the system to calibrate after hooking the battery back up.
I bought tech stream off of amazon to calibrate the servos. After hooking up the tech stream it showed a B1455 code (air outlet damper foot/def control servo motor circuit (driver side). I still had the same code after calibrating the hvac servos. I am not sure where this servo is located or the part number. Once I find out I’ll be ordering a new one.
I suggest trying some of the suggestion of fellow members and if all else fails, buy the tech stream software and cable or take it to Lexus.
