bluetooth hands free

I just bought a 2013 GS350 and bluetooth streaming sounds good but hands free sounds terrible. Seams like its only coming out of the tweeter. Any suggestions

Stupid question from me, but did you try to restore factory settings and re-pair the phone

WHat phone is it? Some are notorious for using really bad Bluetooth radios.
