I’ve always liked how the new F-sport models had a black chrome grille trim and and with Lexus introducing the new 2020 Black Line Special Edition GS, I noticed that they had them. I was wondering if there was a chance of them selling those black chrome trim moldings?

Yes there is a part number for the black chrome they will sell it to you, but probably expensive.

I just got the 2020 Black Line GS and I'm so glad they went with the dark chrome on the front, looks so much better than the regular chrome I had in my previous GS. I wish they would have done the same with the rest of the chrome trims everywhere else though. But I don't think the name is black chrome, it's the same color I have in my RCF as well but it's like a light bronze type of chrome, anybody know what the actual name if the color is? Or is it really just black chrome? 'Cause the other black chromes I've seen looks different.

Congratulations on the new and final GS! I also did noticed that they don’t have it on the window trims but just the front grille and rear trunk trim which was odd.

Thanks... yeah I don't get why they didn't just make all the chrome match... I'm probably going to wrap the window trims either gloss black or black chrome 'cause it looks a bit out of place now

I wonder if you can tint the chrome with a darkened transparent vinyl.
