GSF Diffuser on Base/F-Sport

I stumbled upon this “GSF Conversion kit” and supposedly the diffuser is a direct fit. So I wanted to know if anyone has put on or used a GSF OEM diffuser on their Base/F-Sport models rear bumper.

Wouldn't you have to upgrade your exhaust if you installed the GSF diffuser? It would look bad with the stock pipes.
