Okay so USDM triple beam only has up and down adjustment? Hey how's the cutoff looking like compared to the old one?

Correct. The cutoff is nice and crisp compared to my old set. A decent amount of color too.

No, you can adjust the left and right side. They are Factory set. But if you open them to paint the chrome trim like I did. You can adjust them back to stock.

So if I buy new, do I have to mess with the adjustment screws at all or is it already set from the factory?

They are set to factory. you will have to adjust the height. factory are set to low. can't even see the road in front.

eBay. don't use the fog lights that come with the kit. Light output sucks. Buy some OEM-led fogs. You can't change the LEDs in the fog. The color they come with is what you get. What year is your car? 16+ GS will need to change the Windshield Washer Reservoir. It has a bigger Reservoir.
