Hi all,
The 2015 Mark Levison amp has had issues. Fortunately it was changed in 2016+ models. Has anyone tried a 2016 amp in a 2015?
Like others, my amp takes a considerable time to start up from 1 to 20 minutes. These are very expensive to repair or replace and I'd like to be sure it doesn't happen again when I spend the $$$. The ML amp in the 2015 GS is 86280-OWB90. Or other suggestions?

2015+ ML amp are all exactly the same, despite several different part numbers. 2015 is when they made some improvements to the audio processing on the amp.

Also all ML amps from any year will work in any year of the GS. I put a 2016 ML amp in my 2013 GS, it's forward and backwards compatible. I switched it because I got a good deal on the 2016 and sold my 2013 to make up the difference.

Will other Lexus models also work? If the "socket fits" is that the indicator? In other words, will a LC or RX in the same model years also work?
