Hey I have a 2013 gs350 non f sport and currently have 18” stock rims. I was wondering if the 19” alloy rims that come from a 2013 rx350 would fit. I have the option to purchase just the rims so I could chose the tires

They will fit, but the only concern is clearance for the front caliper, but i'm 90% sure they'll be fine. My dad has these same wheels on his RX and there is plenty of clearance for the front brake caliper, IIRC.
Those are 19x7.5 et35, while the non-F-Sport front wheels are 18x8 et45, so the specs aren't too far off.
