Default Help - Stuck on Replacing Rear Emergency Brake Shoes

I was replacing one of my rear wheel studs, and I accidently messed with the rear e brake shoes. Does everything look seated correctly? I can't fit the rotors back on, they are hitting on the shoes. I tried messing with the adjustment screw but I am not sure if I'm doing it right. I have zero experience with a drum setup.

Try releasing the parking brake.

Thanks for the reply, I double checked that the parking brake was not on. The thread title was kind of misleading. I took off my rear brake rotor to replace a wheel stud. I originally left the e brake on and when the rotor came off it took some springs off with it. I put everything back and the rotors aren't clearing the shoes.
