Cool New lexus owner, need some good ideas on an audio setup

I recently bought a 2013 Lexus GS350 with the premium sound package installed. The audit was awesome, but the bass was lacking. So, I installed my old 10 inch box sub in the trunk of the lexus for some temporary upgrades. I am having some soundproofing problems, as the trunk vibrates a lot, and I have read before that upgrading the speakers can help, but I figured there's gotta be some Lexus audiophiles on here that know a lot more than me or the local guys.

- I want to upgrade the door speakers to maximize bass output, as the stock ones are cheap (Premium sound package without ML)
- I want to soundproof the trunk. I know there is a metal plate between the seats and the trunk that makes this harder to do, but I also know it is not impossible.
- I have a budget of 1000-1200$, so any best bang for buck speakers might be better than really good but expensive ones. Unless they can still be done with soundproofing for that price range.

I have been a car bass audiophile for a while with my old car, which was an F30 with some custom audio installed for it, but I am new to the world of lexus audiophiles.

I'm looking into planning a system as well.

I am going to try a bandpass box ported through the existing subwoofer hole (after removing the factory sub).

It will sound real good. I did it on my 3GS. Doing the same in my 4gs once I gut the trunk for dynamat.

I feel like it depends on how much space your willing to sacrifice. I personally haven't upgraded my door speakers but I might in the near future. I should have install some sound deadening before my install.

This is my build...
I am running a single 12 Rockford Fosgate p3 with the R1200-1D powering it with the Audio Control lc2i.
