Does anybody know if you take out the fuse to the avs should a maintenance light come up and send a trouble code

I woupd expect a code, but not necessarily displaying on the dash, who knows.
If you are installing non avs shoavs, just disconnect the stepper motors, it's happy and there will be no codes.

I took my car in 4 different time about how it bounces side to side and when i brake it would nose dive like if the front brake where just working. They keep saying nothing wrong and that the way the car drives but this last time i took it and got it back from them i end up putting a scan tool that i got from mac tool to read data stream while driving. Now my car drives different suspension more stiffer and i dont nose dive anymore when braking. It feels level now when braking. I cant figure out what the hell happen. Somehow i fix the car but dont know what i did

I have aftermarket suspension that doesn’t support AVS.

The modules are not plugged in and there are no codes on my dash.

How are your tires? Did you rotate them?

If you purchased the car with AVS, why would you put in a non AVS suspension? It is a driving feature of the car itself. It is like having the entertainment/infotainment system that haa Apple/Android car play, and you put in an aftermarket system that does not support it. Unless you put in some racing coil suspension setup, though that sounds like overkill on a sedan. My two cents.

I dont want to take it off. I just want to see how they troubleshoot it because i feel like mine ain't working righ. One day car everywhere next day it stiff. I dont change the driving mode. I drive on the same road everyday. It like avs cant make up it mine. I had a 2013 gs350 before i got the 2018 gs350 f sport. So if you take out the fuse and no trouble code come on then how do they troubleshoot it

There will be codes and plenty of them. Check with Techstream if no light appear on the dash. One thing our Lexus has are sensors for everything even codes for turning indicators.

I suspect we are talking about two different actions. Disconnecting the AVS motors won't throw codes because
The control loop doesn't run off feedback from the AVS struts, they are unmonitored outputs. Think of it as an old fashioned infra-red TV remote, you push the button and expect it to work but there is no confirmation...if you have your hand over the IR beam the remote doesn't know that the message wasn't received.

Pulling the fuse for the AVS ECU will definitely throw codes but not necessarily engage the check engine light. I'm not sure whether the car deems it important enough.
