Probably silly warranty question
My fingers are itching to mod this car. I've been modding my cars since my first Nova way back in...never mind. Anyway, this highly computerized beast (2017 GS350 AWD) with Toyotas notoriously difficult to crack chip, has me thinking. Because it's so computer dependent I don't want to void the warranty for obvious reasons. I would like to tighten up the ride with a strut brace and, maybe, a heavier sway bar in the rear. Or maybe just heavier sways front and back. I suppose that would count as suspension modification and void me but I'm asking for opinions or experiences.
Also, I'm pretty sure a CAI would void me, but again, opinions welcome.

Is the car certified? Any bigger changes to suspension like lowering springs or wheels "may" void the warranty if you have a major issue (e.g. blown transfer case if you have AWD or bad/leaking struts). Folks have made their changes and if something happens, they remove the mods before taking it to the dealer for maintenance
These cars are very reliable overall and folks that have modded can probably chime in more - there isn't much power to gain from exhaust and intakes, but that hasn't stopped anyone before! I doubt a different intake would void your warranty (the techs probably wouldn't even notice).

I heard about suspension mods and warranty being void also. Just my 2 cents.
