No sensor or warning you just have to inspect it.

IMO it's better that way. No expensive sensor that could fail/replace, parts are less expensive. The pads have the metal wear indicator, so it will squeak when you reach that point, That's when you know you really should change it. I can just stick my finger in between the pad and rotor and feel how much is left or if I'm really stretching it out, take the wheel off and inspect with a flashlight.

The 30371 is for RWD F-sport which has 2 piece rotors.

Since you have the AWD F-sport, you want the first one.

Fsport AWD has the exact same brakes as the "base" model

FSport 2wd is the RWD - which is the only one with the 2-piece rotors.

The same rotor (13.1" rotor part # 43512-30351 or 43512-30350) is used for the following models:
AWD non F-sport (base, premium, lux pkgs)
RWD non F-sport (base, premium, lux pkgs)
AWD F-Sport models (your car falls into this category)

The other rotor you mentioned is a larger 14.1" rotor part # 43512-30371 which is a two-piece design and is much pricier found ONLY on the RWD F-Sport model.

It is a bit confusing they way the list parts sometimes because it makes you think it wouldn't fit your F-sport the way its written. It would be clearer if it said "AWD F-Sport Models" but i guess the parts specialists know the exact fit based on VIN and their own experience.
