I'm stumped. I just hooked mine back up to Carista and it doesn't seem to be there anymore. I wonder if they removed it recently? I bought my current one in September 2020 and it was there then, as that's how I have the mirrors configured - to fold in/out with the ignition, not the door locks. We can send a note to Carista and ask. Maybe it was inadvertently dropped and can be brought back.

Not everything is listed on their web site. It is in there, as I made this change on my 15, 19, and 20 GS350, all using Carista. I changed them to have my mirrors auto-fold when I turn off the ignition so they are folded and out of the way in my garage, but without having to lock the car.
I've been thinking of getting the App and device since the dealer didn't want to make one change on my first service (CPO) without charging for it. I'd love to figure out how we could get the option to roll UP all the windows when you lock with the remote like the rest of the world....

Hello,
Thanks for using Carista.
We work very close with Toyota on Toyota/Lexus customizations. With their cars, lately they have made changes in a way that if you do not see it within our app, I am afraid your car does not support it.
Even though I fully understand you have had it on your last car, it happens that with different car, even the same model, engine, etc, there might be differences in hidden customizations available.
I can suggest for you to test our Beta version of the app, it's free to use and you can leave at anytime. We usually release our newest customizations there for testing and it is possible that you can find the power folding mirrors for your car.
Here you can find the information on how to enter the Beta:

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need more assistance.

Hmm...I don't totally buy their explanation. As I said, it WAS on the app when I changed it on my 2020 back in September, but now it doesn't seem to be there as an option. The car didn't change, so it has to be the app...
When I have some free time, I'll play with it some more and see what I can find.

The real test is if it is still there with a tech stream. If it is, there is no reason Carista couldn’t support it.
If the dealer can do it (or someone here with a tech stream), then it is supported.

Thank you!!
They didn't say if they put them on. They don't have too much thread left. I'll definitely get through summer. But, quite honestly, I didn't like those tires when they were on my '14. I wanted to put the Continental DWS, but couldn't find the right size. So, I went with the Goodyear Assurance. Today, I felt a little slippage starting from a dead stop a few times. About 2" of slushy snow at the time.
