Default What is this under the Car?
Was up on a lift. Started looking around underneath. Saw this behind the rear differential. Has 2 hose coming off on the passenger side.

What is this?

That is an Easter egg, its Lexus hidden turbo for your rear wheels for an extra 50 HP to the wheels.Congrats you found it

Looks like the charcoal canister for the evap system. Are the hoses going to the fuel tank?

I suspected it was for the self-leveling feature, an air pump? I know my car will sometimes make a noise that sounds like a tire pump when I throw stuff in the trunk.

Well that part does say ADVICS on it.

That's the manufacturer for the front brake calipers. So this is a brake system related component, like someone else said I think it's for the electronic e-brake.

Yes confirmed it's 100% the electronic e-brake actuator.
