Default Upgraded to 2016, heated steering wheel sucks?

My 2014 GS was stolen a month ago, ended up buying a Nebula pearl F sport 2016 with only 34k on it with the red and black interior. Absolutely love the car and feel it’s more of an upgrade than I thought it would be compared to my previous GS, however I’ve noticed the heated steering wheel almost doesn’t do anything at all, in my 14 it made a huge difference and actually felt warm to the touch without even grabbing it, I loved it so much i skipped looking at any that didn’t have it, but in the 16 it’s so weak it’s barely even noticeable. The heated seats also don’t seem to get as warm. My previous GS was not an f sport so had the different steering wheel and I’m wondering if that makes a difference. Figured I’d see if anyone knows if the dealership can somehow adjust how warm these two get? And also if anyone else who’s had both has noticed this as well

There is a lot of variability in these, from what I have found.

In my Highlander, it gets so warm I have to turn it off else my hands get very sweaty, but it's never been that warm in any of my GSs. On my 15, it was decently warm, but not hot. The one on my 19 was noticeably less warm, and the one on my 20 is between what I had on my 15 and my 19.

Lexus has the worst heating wheels in the industry and well documented here.

I have a 13', i find the first cycle of having the heated steering wheel on, it's fairly warm, but once it turns off and i turn it on again for its 2nd cycle, it gets much warmer and feels hot to the touch, i dont have 2016+ but maybe it would be similar.

I feel it to be a fair amount not too strong or weak.
