noise from front passenger side

noise from front passenger side
i hear some squeaky noise from the front passenger side area near the dash like plastic rubbing on plastic. the weird part is that when i lowered my front passenger window half way the noise is gone. i dont see why would window up noise would be heard from the front passenger front area near the dash board. any1 have any idea?
