People just come up with their own intervals for diff. In my 450h manual it just say to inspect and I think that was after 100k miles. Nothing in the factory manual for the fuel, some people put additives in the gas tank. Since our car is port and direct injected, only premium, it basically cleans itself and no need to do anything extra. My 450h has 110k+ miles with original transmission and diff fluid. I don't plan on changing it. I'll make a thread when I'm at 200K to update everyone. My car shifts and drives smooth, zero issues. My car has an eCVT transmission so it's smoother than the 6 or 8 speed to begin with.

Check your owners manual on the 450h spark plugs are at 100k miles and coolant flush I think was 150k miles. The recommendation varies drastically for some reason from the non hybrid.

Engine Oil - Full Synthetic 0w20 - Every 16000km or 1 year A little long, I do mine at 10K but I think the book says 15K
Brake Fluid - Every 48000km I test it every year, I just get the flush done whenever I change rotors
Spark Plugs - Every 96000km yep, my book says 90K. Could always inspect them, if they're fine just leave them.
Coolant - Every 160000km sounds right, my book says 150K then every 100K
Rear Differential - Every 64000km my book states every 45K but it's way overkill, 60K or even 90K is fine.
Front Differential - ????? Never seen one
Fuel Line Cleanup - Every 64000km what's this?
Transmission Fluid - ????? You'll have to decide yourself because people get very angry about this. I change filter, clean magnets and drain/fill every 100K or so. It's not a requirement but as the tranny ages having clean fluids gives you more options if it stops shifting well. Changing gritty fluid out down the track can cause slippage if it has worn the box.
