Default Squeaking noise when acceleration?

A few days ago I happened to drive with my windows rolled down and the radio off when I noticed a noise whenever I hit the gas pedal. It's coming from the front passenger side in the engine bay. It happens the moment I start accelerating and stops as soon as I let my foot off the gas and can't hear it any other time. Is this normal? I guess you can call it a whine sound but it sounds more like squeaking sound to me. Is this normal? I've had my car for 10 months and never noticed because I never drive with my windows rolled down while not having the radio on. No clue if it was this way when I was stock or not. I have Takeda CAI, could that possibly be why I hear the noise? I honestly have no clue

And I really only notice it with my windows rolled down. As soon as I closed my windows with no radio on you really have to pay attention in order to hear it at all

Possible anti roll bar bushings. I had to remove and re grease the inners of mine.

Could be a tensioner pulley on your serpentine belt. My car does thas the same thing every once in a while. When the engine gets warmer usually the noise goes away.

I’m thinking this may be it. I’m having a shop install my TPMS tomorrow and they’re also gonna take a look to see what’s causing this noise

it turned out just being the intake making that noise and I never noticed until recently

@Kingmatt24 you mentioned the intake noise. did you have to replace any parts? I am going through the same issue. Noise on startup, it goes away when the engine is warmer similar to bartman619 description above and it doesn't happen everyday just once or twice a week.

nope. For me it’s simply the intake and every time I get on throttle. Doesn’t go away when the engine is warmer

this sounds like the problem I’m having on my 2008 RX350. Only when the car is in drive and I step on the gas pedal will I hear the squeaking/chirping noise. But when I put it in reverse or neutral, there’s no noise.

You mentioned it’s the intake - can you tell me more about it - like if you had to replace anything?

Also curious. Noticed something like this yesterday on 2024 LS500. Will post in the LS forum as well but doing some googling. Lower speed (unless I just can't hear at higher speed), very light application of throttle gives a very light very muted almost chirping noise. Let off throttle and it stops. Cant seem to recreate in neutral.

Mine turned out to be worn engine and tranny mounts. I was gonna say for you to check them but realized you have a brand new car…

Well I appreciate the feedback. Probably going to have to take it in at some point.

Odd thing is I started noticing immediately after a tire change. Can't figure how it could possibly be tire related though. Just an odd coincidence.
