For the F Sport refresh models it was an option in 2016 and 2017 but became standard in 2018 and up..Sucks because I didnt want to pay for it when I got my 2017..had I waited 3 months when the 2018 models came out it would have been standard and for the same MSRP.

It was a $1,380 option on my 18 F Sport not standard.
The Mark Levinson system on the GS is totally not worth it. If you're a true audiophile who likes to listen to classical music all day and need true accurate staging representation, then it might make sense to get it. But even then the GS has the worst Mark Levinson execution I've experienced in any Lexus models. This is very strange because the Mark Levinson system in the LS 430 and GX 460 are absolutely phenomenal. If I were to do it again I would have saved a grand and went with the Pioneer premium system in my GS.
Well, truth be told, the ML system is pretty good; our '13 GS350 F Sport and '21 RX450h F Sport have it.
Our Tesla Model 3 sound system is far better; it's not even close.
Initially I also believe ML was pricey and a skip but after trying ML out more it's really worth it. If you have your volume on low, you won't notice the difference than the premium sound system. If you crank up the volume higher and have it on music, you'll notice a difference.
I compared it against Acura's ELS and ML blows it away. That's my opinion. Price is subjective still given it's over $1000.
